Aaron Hernandez given big deal

Post#1 » by Celtics_Champs » Mon Aug 27, 2012 10:35 pm

signed through 2018 for about 41 million.

Good for him. BB really scored it in that draft with the TE's. I look forward to the two TE system for years to come. I don't think it was too much money to lock up to them either.

I was hoping they'd sign Aaron to a new deal. Good for him. I think Hernandez + Gronkowski= two best TEs in the game.. Some ppl might argue, that's just my opinion. Don't forget we still have the Giants' TE, who's injured and he's pretty good too.. I forgot his name.
Good assessment:

Go tell that to LAKESHOW on the general NFL board. He'll have a **** fit
Glad they signed him though. Really young and able to play more than just the TE position. They'll be hard to cover.

And Jake Ballard who's out for the whole season.

These guys are the reason you can now use TE's in the Flex position in ESPN Fantasy Football.

They are also redefining the TE position in the NFL as well.

What's next?

Gronk, Hernandez, and Ballard all on the field at the same time?

I'd hate to be a safety playing against the Patriots next season... :D

That's if they're even able to get the ball out... Hopefully that offensive line doesn't like as **** as it does right now.

The line will settle down, just hoping that Waters is coming back.
