meh, just go with what works for you, i never liked 5x5 because it took less time than i like to use in my workouts. But thats not me saying its ineffective.

tbh, when I tried 5x5 that's my sentiment. I didn't feel I was productive. I'll try and mix and match. articles I read tells me not to though.

rest mode. damn it Slav and Stephano. I combined Workouts A and B since I won't be able to hit the gym this week. I just basically did the 4 basic compound lifts.

deadlifts + Stephano's ab workout = not lower back friendly. midway through the V crunches and my legs drops to the floor as if it has its own mind. back can't support the legs.

but my arms, shoulders, pecs, and thighs and core are thanking me.

welp,time to sleep. I'll be sticking to that regimen. :thumbsup:

Don't combine A & B there's a rest period of 1 day for a reason. You cannot complete all the compound movements on your body in one day. :lol:
