BTW, we got through the first round in 3 days. We have to keep up that pace to finish in time for the season. One round every 3 days. We're not getting today off to a very good start...

We had two guys (cough cough) who hadn't realized the draft had started during round 1. That's not going to happen again. I'm sure we'll have the occasional timeout but it won't be 2 per round. We're doing fine. We could have started later.

I'm not loving that trade Gokce made. Moved 2 spots in front of me in the 1st round and snaked Dwight. Moved one spot in front of me in the 2nd round and is no doubt taking one of my targets.

Curse the guy who made that deal with him. A pox on you. Never move down in the first two stages of a deal.

Oh, I figured he'd slide a tad with a new team and injury concerns, especially with no IL.

Looks like I figured very, very wrong.

I'm gonna decide between 3 guys on my list, if anybody wants to move up, they shoot offers here: cankori at g*m-a-i*l dot com ; while I'm brainstorming who to get. I'll likely pick in 1 hours or a tad longer (this whole time wont be used for the decision, I just came home from gym. I will take a shower, eat etc)

This is why I don't plan to send lists anymore. I lost sleep trying to put together a list last night before going to bed when I couldve just gone to bed and picked with less hurry and worry about moving the draft along. Il still check as frequently and will still pick quickly ( I think I'm one of the faster drafters), but I'm not going to feel pressured to send a list when others are taking their time.

I wouldn't mind getting another 3rd round pick. Talk to me if you want to trade out of the third round.

as in you'll be happy because I picked a guy who, none of you were considering for the next 10 picks or so.

Dragic has been going in the very early 30's in the mocks I've been in. 27 is a little high but not a lot. He was on my list for pick 31.

It's just a crazy world when Dragic get picked before Nash.

Yeah, I said the name of an undrafted player. Sue me. I'm 99% sure folks are aware of Steve Nash.

Jazzfan, you mean the guy who's gonna stand in a corner waiting for a kickout while the Mamba throws up bricks? ;)

And Brian, if you stop sending out lists .. how can you continue whining? :)

Once Nash has been picked, I have something to say about him that may amuse you.

I like the Dragic pick. Keep those kind of picks coming!
