Take it back right now

Agree, Horny was one of my favourites, tough as hell running around on buggered knees making circus shots.

He was always an automatic starter on my Vanilla All Stars.

are you angry about me saying "But I suppose it would be foolish of me to start this **** over Jeff Hornacek."? I guess - point taken, Hornacek was a good player.

i think we need to sort out slams picks later. he is knee deep in work stuff it seems and he wants me to select divac for journeyman, but i said NO. going back to the lakers again doesnt count as a 4th team.

lol Slam is getting hammered on this categories, I feel like such an ass for calling out that Sikma pick. I wouldn't have known if I didn't try and pick him earlier in the draft

I don't think it's fair if we continue. Maybe we wait until Slam makes his two picks and then continue.

I thought we could use the "Moderator Clause" to pick who ever we want?

I was preparing my write up for selecting the Big O.

OK I'll make one pick now then Swedd can go and I'll make the second pick later tonight if Slam hasn't come back on. I need to eat dinner and do some stuff, but will come back later to make the second pick which I haven't thought of yet.

Let me get the information for the pick. Hold on...

On behalf of Team Slam, Battery heads to the RIP category and selects a player worthy of the nickname "Hammer" 8-)

Armen "The Hammer" Gilliam. Image

We're going to use the 89-90 season when he was traded to the Charlotte Hornets.

PPG 18.9
RPG 8.9
FG% 52

I didn't even know he died, even after researching the category. Ouch.

Far out, WHO INVITED YOU!

He was my next pick for RIP.

Solid player with a good inside game.

heh he was a very good and consistent player throughout his career. Whoever made the decision to keep JR Reid over Gilliam should have been fired. Probably not many people know he died because it happened the day after the fourth of July.

Return to Charlotte Hornets
