Duncan is only playing 28 mpg or so. Thats why i have harrington and Pachulia. Mo Williams is still a solid PG, his PG numbers have been low with Clippers cuz he played with Paul/Billups and Foye. He is a solid PnR player though, and his main job will be to feed the post, spread the floor, and knock down the open jumper.
How cant Afflalo and Prince not create their own offense? Then i got harrington and isiaih who can also create offense. Im giong to be primarily a post team and 3pt shooting team. I should have no problem piling on the points, along with playing stellar defense.
Yeah Zaza is solid, but clearly no Duncan. 4/4 with some good man to man defense is what Id expect. Harrington being a detriment or a plus for your team is totally random, as it always is with Harrington. Mo has been a change of pace PG since the days with Bucks whether it was Mike James, TJ Ford and then he was a pseudo Robin next to LeBron. Decent PG, but more of a change of pace PG in my eyes. Feed the post? Eh Bynum isn't gonna pass that ball back out and Duncan is out there for limited minutes. Harrington won't be in the post, Bynum won't pass it out nor do you want Zaza touching the ball on offense. Prince/Afflalo while solid offensive players, usually get most of their points within the flow of the game. You don't see many Iso plays with these two. It's a solid team though.
Again people remember, I'm just doing super quick four sentence write-ups.

Chandler is a good two way player, Howard is Howard. However Jamison is perplexing to me. Jamison because at this point in time is just offense and little else, I barely remember Jamison being on a competitive team in the past four years. At age 36 it's asking a lot IMO. Lamb is a solid prospect, but could easily go the Courtney Lee route instead of becoming the star that some believe. Ton of talent, little fire it seems at times.
Thanks man,
I think Lamb has more off the dribble moves then Lee, I can see your point.
Jamison avg 17 points on a bad team, I think playing on a team with championship hopes will make him play harder and he has always been a good vet to have around.

Re: BAT 8.0 TRADE DISCUSSION (DRAFT IN OTHER THREAD) PART II
I think you drafting Jeremy Lamb so early killed your team. You could have had a championship caliper team had you waited til like...the 8th round to do that. Also...Dejuan Blair, if not picked by you, woudl probably be available right now.
Your a new BAT player though, so you dont know how the draft plays out. Had you played 2 of 3 times before, i dont believe you would have made those mistakes. Brewer had a decent year last season with the Nuggets, solid pick where you got him. I like your bench as well, Blair is nice of the bench, just saying you got him a bit early. Lamb is also a fit to your team, you just got him a bit early.
Overall solid team though. You really made up for your early mistakes in the later rounds.

Thanks, i appreciate your time to write up my team twice. But Duncan avg 28 mpg is for the season. He will play like 34 mpg in the playoffs and against good teams in the reg season. But during the season, if we can keep his mins at an easy pace, that would be the plan.
Why would you expect 4/4 from a player who for his career averaged 7/5.5 and who had 8/8 last season? Hes also a pretty solid defender, great box out, great pick setter, strong, and is tough.
I agree about Mo, but he also hasnt played with a dominant post scorer (and bynum will get more points without playing with kobe and gasol) let alone 2 great post scorers. I think this front court is tailor made for Mo Williams skill set.

Re: BAT 8.0 TRADE DISCUSSION (DRAFT IN OTHER THREAD) PART II
He started last year, he also started a few years back. They tend to skew the numbers a bit. The two years before last year he averaged 4/4 in both of them, a trend that I see continuing. Bump it to 5/5 if you feel like it, but at this point in time arguing over Zaza's numbers is the last thing I want to do.
That's the beauty of BAT, we all see teams differently. When the time is right and people actually write out their plans for their teams people can give better reviews. Until then who cares really, we all have unfinished products.

Not to be harsh but Hansbrough is terrible except against the Knicks.
Watson is meh. Alec has solid potential.

Yea I did kinda take Lamb early I do see that now, but I think VC and Corey can make up for that pick.

Pick is in
Dion Waiters will provide an excellent scoring spark off the bench for us, he's also able to play the point in spurts which will give us tons of versatility
