The Bucs are going with 2 QBs on the roster, Freeman and Orlovsky.
My only complaint with the cuts is, I would have kept Underwood or Shipley and cut Preston Parker. Parker hasn't looked great in camp and preseason. He muffed 3 punts in 4 preseason games.

Shipley obviously hasn't recovered, but I would have liked to have seen him placed on IR.

Well Underwood definitely did enough to make the team. Parker should have been cut.
