damn AHF, i was hoping brown would drop to me at 362. say what you will about him, he had quite a breakout season this past year.

11 and 5 as a starter, while shooting 50% from the field. super athletic and good defender too. and he's so young as well. he was the young, upcoming talent i mentioned a few pages about

Haha honestly I dont know much about Booker's game to claim he's a steal. On paper, it seems it though. Since I was looking up his draft position, I couldn't resist checking out rips haha.

you definitely did. i think he's underrated. worked hard to get into the starting rotations.

he went 357 last BAT, so i was crossing my fingers he'd drop. now i don't know who to go for, i wanted him to come off the bench for KD . back to the drawing board.

lol btw I love how your team is shaping out. Don't like Boozer but he fits perfectly with Durant and Collison's stats should inflate playing next to KD.

Point is with three point shooters and Dwight down low Nelson couldn't average better then 6 assists in any season in his career. You claim that Jose's stats are fools gold, but doesn't Jameer have the same type weapons (three point shooters/long range shooters) and the best big man in the game? So why would he average less assists in a much worse assist to turnover ratio. Jose at least takes care of the ball. He is either #1 or #2 in assist to turnovers in the league for as long as hes been in the league.

And you mention the playoffs as a donwside to Jose Calderon, but Jameer did great right? Outside of the 2009-10 playoffs which he scored 19 points a game, but only averaged 5 assists, he has been lackadaisical. In fact, the furthest they ever went in the playoffs was with Skip to my Lou, journeyman point guard Rafer Alston. Now Jose doesn't average great numbers, but he has solid ones. Blaming him for not making past the first round is dumb. He was a second and a third year player and was a backup, splitting time with TJ Ford. Plus, the "star" players in Bosh and Bargnani were horrible in the two years theyve made the playoffs. (Bosh had 1 good year).

Contracts are out btw: http://www.hoopsworld.com/orlando-magic-team-salary

Sorry, extremely hungover. I was not going backwards to look. Cant believe i got skipped lol.

Its alright, i still got my guy. Although i probably would have taken Jan Vesley on potential and lived with a later round PG. Oh Well.

Just to throw in my two cents...

I have been saying for years that the reason Jameer does not average more assists is because our offense is at its best when we make "the extra pass". Our offense, for the most part, operated by Jameer hitting Dwight in the post - Dwight draws a double team, kicks it back out to Jameer - Jameer hits the top of the key - the top of the key swings it to the other corner. Open three. It was like clockwork. Jameer is essential in the play developing, but isn't getting the direct assist. Same with Dwight. Dwight is an excellent passer out of double teams...but it is never the first pass in that situation that gets the best shot.
