yeah, same with jared jeffries.

but a 35% 3 point shooter. man, put hickson at C and let morris open it up from the outside

Markieff has a bigger big man type of game than Purp. Markieff is more like Kurt Thomas.

this is just there defensive assignments...Morris is a better post defender and can deal with taller guys than hickson.

On offense my second unit will be running a lot of P&R with Sessions and Hickson with Miller and Morris stretching the floor and Johnson slashing to the hoop.

Udoh is a defensive guy, he has no low post game and is 6'10 while morris even though listed at 6'10 is probbaly more 6'9. I have no concerns that Morris wont be able to guard and box out Udoh. And Vucevic???? really

Yes. Vucievic has that Pau Gasol Like game

hell im willing to say a certain 2 Eddy Curry whos Still Available and will be available in Free Agency can beat him at center.

I think Markieff would struggle against Nikola. Nikola has a good 3-4 inches on him and he also has scoring ability inside and from mid range.

He also played on the Suns who had a lot of guys listed at C that could play anywhere else. Gortat and Lopez can't play anywhere else but Center. And also if guys like Frye and Jeffries can get 10-15 minutes Markieff sure can get 10-15 minutes at the center position in a backup role.

yeah, that's essentially what i just posted before, while you were probably writing this. i'm not saying he can't play C, i just think it'd be better if you put someone that had a lot more time at C to be there (Hickson played majority of 08-09 and 10-11 at C), then put Morris as your stretch 4.

My thought process is that most benches are smaller and play a fast pace type game. There aren't many back to the basket centers in the league especially off the bench. I think I will be better off using Marfieff at center and the quicker Hickson at PF.

He may have some struggles with him because of the 3 inches in height but is Vucevic even in your rotation? I think Pachulia doesn't have as much of an offensive game to give Morris that much trouble which is why I think as a backup center he should have no problem playing 15 minutes a game.

Im not saying Markieff is going to shut down the opposition but I can do a lot of things. My second unit is a good rebounding unit. Hickson, Johnson, and Miller are all plus rebounders for there position and Morris is a solid guy, good post defender and should be able to hold his own.

Like I said if Monroe gets in foul trouble and Morris has to guard guys like Howard and Bynum 1 on 1 then good god yes I will have trouble. I will have to do some doubling but a lot of teams have to do that vs those guys.

1st) a lottery pick is almost always Assured of Being atleast a rotational Player unless ur Fran Vazquez(name drop on an Not allowed to pick guy).

2nd) Nash isnt a star anymore. His defense makes Hedos defense look All-defensive team. the only reason a team would sign him is just for his name and passing but other than that hes pretty much washed up. i know atleast 2-3 teams that werent insterested in Nash Including the Magic, u got the Bulls, Bobcats, Cavs, etc... all who didnt want him. the only team that had a good need for PG was the Fakers.

now back to calderon yes hes a Better Pure PG but both have bad defense and Jose can only run the Pick and roll and thats all on offense. Calderon Isnt an elite PG nor has he ever been Elite. u could make the case for Earlier in his career he was good or above average but he is on the decline just like Nelson

1) there are a bunch on lottery players that can barely hang on to a team, I can name countless.

2). Nash was a allstar last year and almost pushed the suns to the playoffs on his back, come on bobcats? Cavs? Bulls? Magic? He wanted a chance to start and play for a ring, do I have to say why all those teams you named make no sense?

3) nobody said jose was elite, I said a avg pg does not put up 9 dimes a game. I think he's a top half pg. He can only run pick and rolls? So jose can't run set plays? Since when?

Maybe not this season. But im open to trading Zaza potentially which would free up minutes.

But Zaza isnt my future at the position, he is what he is. Tough, hard nose, smart defensvie player. I value that off the bench definatly, and although Nikola is good and probably deservent of minutes, i just dont trust his youth yet vs Pachulia whos a grown ass man.

Also its nice to know that i have a young capable big who can come in and play minutes if Bynum or Zaza get injured or something.

Nikola was picked to be my future PF when TD retires. And i have a great backup in Zaza, so i dont feel the need to rush him in the rotation quite yet.

cool hopefully it will go soon I have an idea who I want to go with though.

all i know is am going to blitz and collapse those pick and roles with Jennings and Gortat and if Ariza, Wallace, and Humphries decide to make jumpers well...
