Kanter and Biz are pretty much equal prospects in my eyes. So i'd need something else to make me feel like I've won the trade

There's a possibility that Kanter will turn out to be a better player, but I think that Biz has a higher ceiling, so I wouldn't trade him straight up for Enes. At least now.

I'd want Kanter playing next to Biz, not in place of him.

i cant see either team being interested in this trade. neither would give up on a high prospect after one year for the other.

and if the cats trade biz it better be a slam dunk trade that we win so bad we are laughing at the other team.

yeah there's just no point in making a lateral move for us, but thanks for at least recognizing Biz's value with another talented young prospect instead of trying to offer some deadbeats and a pick or something

it's good too, with charlotte's high draft picks, they can build a powerful front court and back court , i'd like to see enes and biz in same team and as a die hard jazz fan from turkey, i bought charlotte t shirts this year because nobody gives an attention to 'cats but they must.

Thanks for the love. I am sure that my boy Kidd Gilcrhist is going to help Biz turn a lot of people's heads this season.

I don't mean to sound like an ass, but there probably isn't one single Jazz player I'd trade Bismack for in a straight up swap

Youthanasia is not a Jazz fan. He is a Kanter fan, and one of the handful of people that come to the Jazz forum and propose ridiculous trades so that Kanter can get more playing time.

Jazz would never do this, although Biz did have a nice game against Howard.

Like the Turkish coach for the national team, they believe that the Jazz are underestimating Kanter's greatness. But the truth is, they are underestimating the level of competition in the NBA, and need to be a little more patient with Kanter's development.

I'll bet there's maybe 12 teams that have a player I'd trade straight up, when you consider everything from contract length (longer = better in this case), cap room, and long term expectations (will they stay?).

The Jazz have similar thoughts about Kanter. It will be interesting to see how it turns out when they get time against each other in a game. My guess is that Bismack's defense will dominate Kanter's offense, but Kanter will dominate on rebounds. Kanter will also defend Bismack well.

They probably do, and that's perfectly understandable. It wasn't a knock on any of the Jazz players, just that Bismack is thought of (as a prospect) very highly

Oh no prob. I am the first to admit that fans (including myself) over value their own players, especially young prospects.

The Turk fans irk me quite a bit, especially when they pretend to be Jazz fans trying to improve the team, when the truth is that they somehow believe getting Kanter more playing time is going to instantly turn him into a superstar.

That is just not the way that it works. When Kanter is ready, I will guarantee you Youthanasia that he will get substantial playing time. There are occasionaly people who somehow slip into the cracks like Jeremy Lin, but even for Lin that didn't last very long. His level of play determined his playing time when he started having breakout games with the Knicks. Please note that his playing time did not determine Lin's level of play.

Biz is such a cool dude too. So easy to root for. So I couldn't do it and I do like Kanter.
