Hmm... anyone else see the new cp3 VIs? is it just me or are they really, really, really, super de dooper, ugly?

maybe it needs to grow on me? but here's the 'clipper colors' cp3 vi

IMO, basketball shoes nowadays are ugly with very few exceptions. Focus is more on performance rather the aesthetic quality. This is a clear example of performance over looks cause it looks to be killer in the performance department.


... yeah they're not pretty but it's not too bad.

tbh, the best performing shoes i've ever played in have been my 2010 hyperfuses, and they don't look as atrocious as these =P

These look like kids shoes, not something grown men should be wearing. How these got approved by management is beyond me.

i def think it's the colorway, i've seen a couple other cp3 6s and they aren't actually that bad... but these... 'clipper colorway' ? so ugly =\

I haven't seen them up close for a few years (not many kicks on shelves here due to eastbay being so much cheaper) but I was surprised how heavy the 2010 CP's felt in comparison to the Kobes or anything Adidas and Reebok were pushing at the time for guards.
