We dont vote, judges do. Unless we are voting this time. Which would be cool. And it would only take you a few mins a day to review.

Like me...im up at 530 every morning and i get home usually after 420. And i have a toddler, so i also dont have time.

So for somone like me, itd be easier to just check on, read 3 pimps which would take 10 mins...instead of doing all 30 or w.e

Plus i think its cool if we comment and call each other morons for saying such and such about so and so. IDK, if its a bad idea then its a bad idea. No biggie.

I missed two picks since classes started for me yesterday and it was pretty hectic. Going to make them now.

BTW... I am very open to extending things if we get a majority vote that wants to go the direction- FYI...

I've seen enough grudges on here to convince me that voting on each others teams would probably be a bad idea. Some guys are offended by comments towards their teams, others are offended by low ball trade offers, and some seemingly are just mad at the world.

We are I thought. I just want to be fully focused on what I have to do and would rather finish with this. The worst thing in the world for me is leaving something unfinished, but I have to be done with this soon to focus on more important things. Thats why I'd rather just suffer through one day of voting and pimping rather then multiple ones.

I don't mind which way you guys go by this anyway. But I'm going to have to be done soon.

the problem isn't grudges. the problem is people build there team in BAT the way they want to. I would assume that over 20 GM's here would love to make the arguement that they have the best team. They built the team they wanted to and to have them vote on another team I just don't see how we can get a fair inpartial voting.

Thats just my opinion but we will see how it goes.

Yeah I could see that being a problem. Hopefully we figure a way to the voting. And I don't want to make a pitch if we aren't going to finish. So if we are set on finishing, I'll make it, but we need dedication here from everyone.

And honestly why are pitches needed? I could see the way teams are build just by their rosters and judge them on that. I doubt a fluff job is going to change my vote.

I really don't like the pimp threads honestly. It's a Public Relations dream. All fluff and over the top team outlook

That peer voting thing is

Not sure how this knicks board operates but on the Magic board, clearly some guys clicked up or are buddy buddy and although we never truly finished the voting (or pimping for that matter) it was clear to see some of the guys jocking the mods team (which was decent but not a championship team at all imo) or just jocking other posters teams that they were pretty cool w/.

I'm a keep it not only real but right as well but at the end of the day it's all an opinion of who we "think" may play well enough together to win it all and we could be totally wrong.

Perfect example is in real life, no one woulda thought that 2011 Mavericks team would be NBA Champs but they won.

heres my thing with pimping. i dont need to talk up durant, martin, boozer, camby, collison. guys like seraphin, vasquez, barton, etc. not a lot of guys know them. id talk them up. instead, why not everyone just explain how their team would operate, or goals, instead of pimping players
