next BAT, you're my co-GM :eyebrows: got a scout within the system. hopefully they won't make any rules against that in the next BAT.

We could funnel players to each other like real life teams do (Memphis and Houston how they kept whoring Shane Battier between the 2 of them, Golden State and Orlando when Otis Smith was here, or Kevin McHale and Danny Ainge 8-) )

Don't think guys would like that though

since FA and trading will probably end soon, giving beaubois one last shot to anyone that might want him. willing to take almost any vet or youth, preferably PG or PF/C

Was considering both Freeland (he's the other international signing aside from Claver that I was referring to TD) and Plumlee as well as another young player (that surprisingly has not been drafted yet) but with plenty of high upside, high tools young players in tow already in Motiejunas, Miller and Cunningham figured it best to go with a proven and versatile veteran that can play the 2 and 3. Someone that may not get minutes immediately but that has proven can perform if needed. Evans may be older but he still possesses some of his terrific athleticism, can defend, run the floor and catch some finishing passes and (to my surprise) has actually been a very good 3 point shooter throughout his career.

i figured it was freeland seeing there aint that many Euro players who are rookies

i considered him but decided to go with another Guard who should be able to play like Jameer nelson in a year or 2.

Jackson for Beaubois

Nice trade for Philly!

Thought you wanted a vet cause Roddy B has more experience than RJ so I'm not quite following that move.

Also (@moocow) I guess I'll wait until tomorrow to make my last FA pickup, this'll give everyone ahead of me time to get 15 guys if they choose to.

Looking to package either Darrell Arthur or Jan Vesely, Omri Casspi, and/or Ish Smith and maybe Earl Clark for a solid SF.

well that's why i picked up j. tinsley in FA. i forgot about him, but he's a pass-first vet i could use. he averaged 3+ apg in only 13 mpg.

beaubois has hit his potential, and he's undersized, something my backcourt had plenty of. Jackson is 6'3, 210+ lbs and is defensive.

i threw Beaubois out there for a while; most guys just offered a FA pick up scrub, which, although i said i didn't need beaubois, would've been ridiculously stupid on my part, as i could've just gone after some of them. i wanted hinrich (obviously lol), udrih, s. blake, earl watson, and fisher. i either got a no, or no response. most of the time i got no response from anyone. plus, EZ is easy to work with, so i had no problem moving back in talent. i have no interest in beaubois at all, so i didn't care too much about losing him. was allocating 0 minutes to him anyway. again, at least now my backcourt has size and defense.

i guess, in the end, i won't lose sleep over that trade for one second. i would've preferred one of the vets i listed before, but tinsley is adequate and RJ is a big, defensive type of PG

but now my team is complete and ready to make a run
