Is there anyone else in toronto I'm not aware of? Btw I saw a tweet by dagger saying that Bargnani was in the city, so there's a possibility that he could be back to that 13 game form.

edit: This has the feel of BC's first year here. Does anyone else see the similarity (in both roster makeup and early arrivals) or am I out to lunch?

Insofar as there were a lot of guys showing up early and who really wanted to get the thing turned around, yes, it has the same feel. As far as roster makeup, probably not. There were a lot more veterans on that 2006-7 team with a lot of winning experience (be it in Europe or here), though, so the roster makeup is pretty different in that regard.

Assuming he's coming from Virginia, it should be a beautiful drive at this time of year. I'd drive it, too, just to enjoy the scenery.

Mind you, I'm not 6'10". I can see where he might get uncomfortable after a while.

He probably wants to have his own wheels in Toronto. There are services that will drive his car up here for him, but yes, it's a nice drive so why not. It;s not like he's Jermaine O'Neal with a fleet of expensive cars (I think JO had seven luxury cars and had them all shipped up here.)

Oneal made the drive himself, hired a couple of flatbed towtrucks to follow him up and had problems at the border, as he didn't have the proper paperwork for all the vehicles.

everyone has got it all wrong. he cant bring his weed on the airplane so he is gonna just drive it to Toronto. They probably won't search him at the border.
