"You didn't even counter", same could be said to you.

Finally, in all honesty I truly don't even think about you, don't like you, don't dislike you.

You were the kid jockin' me to sim your lame ass team in 2k12 for you in the Orlando Magic BaT and judging by your drafting skills in this draft I see nothings changed.

Good luck w/ your team though homie!

i gave ya a counter in that email. i said i wanted george and as far that smith thing didnt even look for that.

as far as teams Willy u have to admit this Team on this Bat is Much better than my last Bat

Well I was thinking more of DeRozan instead of JR but yeah you're right, you did counter but that's not what I wanted to hear  I got plans for PG

And yeah your team is better this time, I didn't take that offer as bad though cause it seems like you're in between a youth movement and competing now but look like a classic treadmill team in all honesty, just good enough to make the playoffs and get a mid 1st rd pick.

I truly felt JR gives you leverage to combo Thornton w/ Ariza (whom you have been trying to get rid of) or someone else to update your PF or SG spot.

That's just me though, that's how I think, we're different and that's cool. :)

well if you look at this way. i have a Very Nice Trade chip in gortat whos gonna be a steal on his Contract and could get something of value back. Gortat is gonna mentor up Udoh and kravstov who are both more defensive minded Shotblockers than Offensive guys.

Humphries in 2 years is going to be gone and ill have Harrelson and Claver there both of who are solid players and depending on the hypothetical draft could draft a stud PF. i could even use Humphries as a Nice Expiring contract deal for a team if they were interested.

im not worried at all at SF. Wallace is solid but id be open to trading him after a year or 2 so he can help Harkless and Ebanks.

SG again im not overly concerned with it because thronton and Rivers are both young guys who can score. in the future i see Rivers as my 6th man being a Combo guard but this year i have him riding the bench to learn to be an effective PG so i can be a deep team.

PG all i really need would be the Killer Defensive PG behind Jennings but jennings isnt that bad defensively.

alot of my guys are young enough with some Good Potential to grow together and be a good team. FWIW if it was Derozan i probably would have taken it if i got back zeller to go with him and would probably trade ariza or wallace.

im just not seeing how JR Smith Would really improve my team. thornton seems undervalued around these parts and combining him with ariza would net me much from wat i can tell so it wouldnt be worth it to trade both of them.

I don't know who has the best team, but as far as offense, defense, win now, salary, and youth, I think I'm top 3.

@td,

See this is good discussion which is something I'm always down for :)

I was strictly looking at it from a perspective of JR is a great asset mostly off the bench as a scorer, Thornton could be FAR MORE VALUABLE to another team as a starter instead of being used as your 6th man. I was thinking more of if I were you to look at what teams need a better starting SG and who you could get in return.

Thornton should come off the be bench. Really good scorer, but not much of a defender.

What was the trade? Who were you giving up JR Smith for?

I don't think people have given your team enough credit. In my opinion, you have a complete team.
