That's an easy ass schedule coming up for the Bears.

I thought that lost one should have been unshared, and if not for holding he'd have more like 6 in this game alone. The upgrades from the draft have really helped him. He's seeing a lot of single teams.

The substitutions of McMillian, Shields, Heyward, Daniels, Moses, and Walden for Jennings, Bush, Perry were huge.

The Bears O-line couldn't block Yi's chair. Hope our defense built up their confidence though.

Perry played plenty and did a nice job. But the changes to the secondary definitely helped Matthews and co. get some coverage sacks and pressure. We didn't see that last year, or initial pressures. It's like night and day difference from the D. And that's not an overreaction from this game. They got plenty of initial pressure in the last game as well. As a result I was plenty optimistic about the D outlook today as long as Bush didn't play a pivotal role. Just think how good the D can be when House comes back.

Ah, I recant my previous statement and apologize (to Mike Mayock?). Although one of his final statements was that all of the Bears fans that were worried about their team losing the first game can relax because their team is now 1-1.

It was Brad Nessler.

Yeah, didn't mean to come off as if dumping on Perry. I thought he did reasonably well against SF but Moses absolutely needed more PT, but, more to the point, great to see we weren't seeing perry/moses/walden matched up on Hester (shudder) repeatedly.

Perry definitely got his role reduced, and saw time behind Walden.

I've never thought Wilson was anything more than a below-average end. It was nice to see them give Worthy regular snaps.

Apparently Woodson had an epic interview with Rachel Nichols.
