I'm shocked. I just saw this today. He was a good guy, always insightful and just about the ONLY poster outside of the Raps board who could post here without us being skeptical of his intentions.

RIP Tommy Udo 6.

From all the love that he is receiving you know he was a great poster, and I'm sure a better person.

Some of you may want to know more information about George's forthcoming obit, the upcoming ceremony, and means of leaving memories or a memorial. The following info comes indirectly from George's brother, and is relayed by one of George's friends with whom he did a lot of volunteer work:

http://main.acsevents.org/goto/george.zieman

George's birthday would have been September 14. He would have been 62. There will be an obituary in Sunday's (September 16th) Chicago Tribune. There will be a viewing of the body at the Ewald-Barlock Funeral Home (http://www.ewaldbarlockfuneralhome.com/) in Chicago on Monday (September 17th) and the burial will be on Tuesday (September 18th). Apparently the funeral home will soon have a web page where comments can be left honoring George.

The link above also tells how to make a charitable donation, in honor of George, to an organization for which he spent many hours volunteering. That's for any who feel moved in that way. Some people in the Chicago area may even want to attend the viewing in person. Whatever seems right.

Sad, just noticed this today and hope his family is doing okay.
