It's a contract year for him too, I believe. Speaking of which, I wonder if it's Boris Diaw's contract year...

Very interesting choice. High risk, high reward. I was wondering who would reach for him, as i didnt see him making it out of the 1st round.

He certainly doesn't have the "it" factor (or maybe he does, and that's why he was picked) but Bynum's statline was pretty damn good last year.

Sorry NF33IH, but look how stoked he is that I picked him!

I really don't like my position, but I felt this was a good reach even though the C position is incredibly deep this year.

I was locked and loaded thinking he was gonna come to me, but all good, it means that someone else who I thought wouldn't be there will be available with my 1st pick.

Bit of a gamble, but I think it was a gamble well taken.

Man, my Big Board is all out of wack as of now.

And sunskerr, I'm glad we didnt pull off that trade.

Very true. Honestly, I was targeting Bynum and Deron with your picks, but Now that they're gone, kinda glad it fell through.

Judging by your emails, I take you were targetting Westbrook?

Yeah he was my target. I figured since a lot people here don't really like him that much, that he might fall. Looks like I was wrong lol.

I officially have nothing to do today, I was thinking that CK was taking forever with this pick, like nearly 24 hours or something, but it has just gone 4 hours since the last pick.

Oh i agree, but then again, it always feels like that during the draft. 10 minutes seems like 10 hours. I keep checking back and......nothing. Then i look at the time and its only been 5 minutes.

I always thought that a live draft would be kick-ass, but with all the damn foreigners its just not possible. Damn you Aussies and Argentinians, damn you!

Not a huge fan of Live Drafts. 1 min 30 IMO isn't enough time to do needed research.

I think that it would make it more interesting. Mass trades would ensue after the draft as well. :)
