I think I'm starting to plateau with 3x5. asked a friend and he suggested I lower the weight for one session and get back to the same level or higher the following session.

will this hinder my growth or a variation in weights would be beneficial?

aaahhhhhh... drinking a cup of coffee while listening to songs covered by talented girls/ladies/women/chicks. girl vocalists have very high sex appeal. it's like they bathe in some sort of pheromone bath and I can sense it through my monitor.
