Aaron Hernandez is officially out against Baltimore and won't return until after October. Not good for the Pats!

Ryan Mathews is suppose to return this week against the Atlanta Falcons. SD will host the Falcons at home, it should be a very exciting game, and it should be close. The line should be out tomorrow but I expect SD to be favored to win by 1 point.

I wish CLE had beaten CIN last week... I hate the idea of the Bills playing an 0-2 team who's at home, even if they're the Browns.

Thursday night game should be a good one. Will be fun to watch Eli and Cam. Not sure about the running game for the Giants with their #1 RB banged up. If Carolina gets their running game going like they did against the Saints, Carolina wins. But if the Giants hold down the Panther running game like the Bucs did in Week 1, the Giants win.

Can't wait for the Skins game. Home opener, RG3's home debut, and I will be there. Bengals are a good football team, but they've been getting lit up on D. Probably gunna be a shootout at the Fed.

Redskins are favored to win slightly. Enjoy the game, it should be good, and good times watching RGIII do his thing.

Lions will get Chris Houston and Bill Bentley back this week, should make a huge difference. They need to be as Drayton Florence is now out and Delmas still likely out another 2 weeks.

Pats sign K2, good luck with that, he's got no knees anymore and cannot practice. They also signed Deion Branch. Brian Waters turned them down. Hearing whispers that Wes Welker will be a healthy scratch this week. Wow.
It's not whether you win or lose, it's how good you look playing the game

A close friend of mine is a huge Pats fan, he wanted Deion Branch back, but cannot stand the K2 signing. It was hilarious listening to him rant about the signing on the phone the other day.

New England is gonna get smacked so badly its not even gonna be funny. We are banged up defensively but it doesnt matter. Pats are going DOWN! We got now a kicker that can hit FG's from 56-yards and no Billy freaking Cundiff.

1-2 start for NE is gonna suck.

this is what ive never understood about billichick and his philosophy, i dont get the point of being an arrogant dickbag when im sure a guy like welker can still play. it's aggrivating almost so he can prove a point to himself by being a stubborn jackass.

not like this hasnt cost him in the past either

Giants going into Carolina short handed. Will be missing Nicks, Hixon, Diehl and Bradshaw. May be too much to have to overcome.

Carolina has everything going for them tomorrow night. I changed my contest pick to Carolina but I am doubting it.

I'm in a survivor pool, it seems like there is not one lock this week. Besides maybe the saints beating the chiefs.

I hate them and hope I'm wrong, but the Cowboys are going to crush the Bucs in their home opener.

I dunno, I think Chicago at home vs. Stl without S-Jax and almost their entire starting offensive line is a pretty safe pick. Seems like a bounce back pounding is coming up.
