He could be an All-Star in a couple of seasons if he keeps progressing...... I like that he has goals for himself, and doesn't just give a generic answers like "I want to be the best I can be"......

It's kind of disappointing whenever I see this as a players goal, only because once a player reaches it, what becomes their next goal? All-Star selections carry far too much abstract value. Every year there are players selected as All-Stars who don't belong. I'd rather see Gordon set a goal for assist/turnovers or percentages or something like that. I'd rather have Gordon average 6 rpg than make the All-Star team. But then again, I have faith in the kid.
