It's a big blow but your other 3 centers should be decent enough to cover his stats

Re: fantasy league thread
Seems like a reasonable time for a bump with 4 days left in the season.
In Varsity H2H playoffs, I'm currently in the fight of my life in the finals against Fat Kat.
It's been an extremely competitive season. I was dead last in the standings a few weeks into it - I dumped the auto-drafted dead weight (JRich, Marcus Thornton, Raymond Felton, Salmons, Morrow), made a great trade that put me back into contention (acquiring Kobe and Frye for Gortat and Rudy Gay), and made some key pickups (Ilyasova, Luke Ridnour, Camby, Sessions, etc).
Thanks to my new Durant + Kobe led squad, I clawed my way to 4th place by the end of the regular season. I had 2 big upsets in the playoffs that put me in the finals.
I'm currently on a 9 week winning streak but it looks to fall short of taking the whole thing. Fat Kat's powerhouse lineup came in fully healthy and poured it on during this last week - led by Pau Gasol, Klay Thompson and Ryan Anderson. It's currently 6-3 in his favor, with me holding minimal leads in my 3 categories.

I'm currently ahead in the Varisty roto league. Been many different leaders throughout but I'm currently in the lead trying to close out. I've had to drop KG, DLee, Dwill, and MThornton all this week due to injuries or resting.
I wanted to actually play in the h2h league but I suppose roto was fine for this year. Maybe next year. Hopefully I retain my lead in these last 4 days.

That was a good contest that was a hell of a lot closer than it looked. I actually thought that I'd lose at one point. Who would've thought that 2 auto drafted teams would make the finals. See you next season.

Shpati's Fantasy League Conclusion
I just finished my fantasy league season. This was the first one I ever participated in, and I beat everyone. I got first place.
My cousin is in the same league so I get to talk some smack.
Yahoo Sports, Fantasy Basketball, Roto, Keeper League, Year 1, so I am going to see these newbies next season.
I beat everyone by five points:

This the roster I finished with. I had Carl Lowry and I replaced him with Brandon Bass than replaced Bass with Beasley. And replaced Mosgov (
) with Andre Miller:

Re: Knicks Real GM fantasy league!
Hey guys!
It's that time of year again! Invites have been sent out, if you would like to participate in this years board leagues (oldest on Real GM) but haven't been invited and would like to be on the waiting list in case someone doesn't show up, just let me know. The live draft date for both sets of leagues is October 13th, Saturday afternoon (fyi).

I won the roto league last year, but no invite for this year. Any chance I can play in the h2h as well?

You should have gotten the invite? Check your spam? You can only play in one league.

Checked the spam didn't get the invite. I did go to yahoo fantasy page and it allowed me to register there though.

I got my invite. In for a 5th season at Varsity H2H - I'll make it on that dang champions page eventually.
I expect to see the usual suspects.

If you want in on the waiting list for either this year or next you gotta leave me an email along with which league (roto or h2h). You can only play in one.

Re: fantasy league thread
i know i shouldn't say this, but i was happy with the outcome of last varsity season for me.
my team was destroyed by injuries, so i ended up with the 12th seed (out of 12 teams) for the varsity. fortunately for me, it's the PO that matters, and ended up with 9th or 8th place which allowed me to stay in the varsity league this year.
