Is it just his relation to Iggy that makes Hoffa so hated? Why don't people refer and cringe about Radojevic this way? I'd like Maggette or Artest over a guy with like 8min of NBA time, but he never takes it on the chin with any kind of regularity the way Hoffa does. We even ended up with a serviceable player for Hoffa, unlike Radojevic.

I guess 'cause it was a bad pick that was known as a bad pick by everyone except our GM from the instant it was made, but it's pretty amazing how long we can hold a grudge (I'm including myself 'cause his name still pisses me off too). :D

And Zeno's right, I know we're not letting you let it go, but if you honestly don't know who Hoffa is, don't go looking, there's only pain and suffering to be had.

Serviceable? What was serviceable about Hoffa's career!?!?! :D

I think he meant serviceable as in acquiring Kris Humphries for him.

At least I hope that's what he meant.

@ekoreen
Jonas Valanciunas was out of his protective boot today, taking jumpers, lifting weights, if not playing actual basketball.

Considering training camp almost a full week away I doubt he misses anything...

Hmmm... Landry just tweeted this 5 minutes ago. I wonder if it's from today though.

If Jonas keeps hanging out with Acy he'll be gangsta in no time :)

I was in a walking boot all year with a torn tendon in my ankle. I was in the gym everyday lifting weights and getting shots up because despite being unable to to run my ankle didn't have pain when I walk in the boot. Putting up shots and lifting were no problem.

Im not worried about Jonas' calf or the walking boot.

meh give him a holiday in a walking boot. The guy has been playing basketball non stop since I even knew who he was lol.

As long as the injury is nothing serious, maybe a break will actually be good for him.

especially considering pre-season is still 2 weeks away. If he's shooting now he'll be fine by then.

He would still be better than Magloire with the boot on. What's Stern's position on walking boots? Knee-braces aren't much different ;)

It's possible he took off the boot for his workout but was asked to keep it on the rest of the time, right?
