I know you're still be around, but your Keys to the Game is what started me to become more active in the Knicks Forum. so essentially, you're a big reason i am around so often to piss others off

thank you TKF, and good luck. I'm glad to see someone in this world as their priorities straight.

thanks bro, and hopefully we can discuss more boxing..

We went at it... from the lockout threads to the post trade Melo threads... but what some of you don't know is we've communicated a lot in private where I apologized to a man for how bad the debates got sometimes and for my false sense of optimism when Walsh was hired clouded my overall expectations of the direction the franchise was going.

Anyway... I'm looking forward to blasting people side by side with TKF once the season starts... <<<just kidding (sort of

TKF come on man admit it.. the last few weeks away from regularly posting have been peaceful for you... I know they have for me. I've gotten into maybe 1 or 2 debates the last couple of months and that's been good for me.

BTW... thanks for being as lenient with me as I've ever seen a moderator be.

haha, I enjoyed our debates as well.. and although I visit other sites, I get into it there as well, but I am starting to chill a bit, just don't have the time and energy...

but yea, it was great being away for a bit, although I watched the boards a bit... I was waiting for the ESPN ranking for melo to come out.. i knew this board would go nuts.. and I was right.... LOL.. just sitting back and reading was fun, I must admit...

We didn't always seem to agree but that doesn't change the fact that you were a great moderator during your time here, but what's more important is, you are a greater man.

Thank you for all the time and effort you put into keeping this board under control and I hope you enjoy the extra time with your kids because you've definitely deserved it.

Damn good mod, hate to see you go on that front, but I can definitely relate to the reason why.

We've had some serious debates on here, and while we may not agree, we've come to have a mutual respect which I can appreciate.

I do regret I hadn't joined sooner to be able to partake in your posting pre-trade rumor.

From the old dudes on here, I missed out on some pretty good thought.

Hopefully the Knicks will provide some good things for us to wrap about, and maybe you can share some of that in the future.

thanks thugger, and i enjoyed our debates.. hopefully soon our next debate will be how was it possible for this team to win a ring with dolan as owner.... haha, that would be one I am sure we all would love to have..... heck if we make it to the ECF, I will do one of those keys where it will have to include a warning.... TKF, I know once the season starts, you won't be able to stay away. Even though we've hashed it out, I never lost the respect that I've had for you. Fans like you are dye-in-the-wool, and I hope the Knicks do well enough to prove you wrong.

I know nobody would enjoy that more than you.

Sucks that you are leaving. You kept the mod power balanced. You never bsed. Your opinions were always straight.

I am glad to see you throw down your power for a real life good reason, while still remaining a poster.

Good luck with your real life stuff.

Much respect.

Enjoyed the keys, general insight, and arguments about D'Antoni a few years back.

You need to stick around, though, because these boards just aren't as fun nowadays as they used to be. Not a lot of people who can hold a good argument or present a different viewpoint than the masses.

Take care, man.

Just like BlueJimmy I lurked and read Knicks RGM boards and because of TKF post game analysis, signed up, posted a bit and got frustrated that a game & the Knicks we all love so much is decimated with callous persuasions. Posting on RG gradually lost its’ flavor of varied opinions for me. No two people think alike, yet TKF was bashed for his unbiased opinions, whilst everyone was entitled to theirs. He is a teacher of the game (in my opinion i.e) and posters judged and exterminated him for not having their opinion. SMH! Variety of opinions is not disparaging, but an actuality of the mind. I thank you for your knowledge of the game and bid you farewell to the greater good in your life.

You have given more to this forum than most, and perhaps cheated your family of your valuable time. Since this forum (well, the newer posters) didn’t quite appreciate your time and analysis; happy to know you are giving it to those who are more deserving of it.

One’s time in this life is a gift that should not be wasted on those who are non appreciative. Hope you bask and spoil yourself with your family. Family is a big umbrella, take advantage of it.

Thank you, my good Sir! Good luck & Cheers!

Damn not I gotta rewrite that comment I left you years ago. Can't say that I'm surprised, this board can get on anyone's nerve, especially a mod. With the amount of incessant whining since the deal I wouldn't have put up with it. TKF served a good and long fight, now he can retire with a decent Knick team to watch. Kudo's.

It was about time. He no longer was fit to be a mod. I have been lurking here since 09. He use to love the Knicks then his favorite player Gallo was traded and he just became a glorified troll. He was biased and started baiting with his posts. The board became unreadable for a long time there and he was a key player in that.

just a terrible loss for the community

one of the main (and only reasons) to view this board

what a travesty that the baiting on him was allowed for so long.. and pretty much forced this

he brought a dose of reality to a bunch of people who needed to be thrown back to reality.. and never abused his power

you will be missed TKF as a major part of this forum.. one of the main reasons i joined and one of the main reasons i kept coming back.. i really do hope you keep posting, the forum wont be the same
