Please let this thread die already. I get it, you started the thread. It HAS generated some good discussion, but enough is enough. Stop bumping your own thread with posts 3-4+ days after the fact, simply to keep it at/near the top.

Threads are written, enjoyed (sometimes), and then they die.

Let me put this nicely as possible. This thread will die when people stop replying to it. I do not post here everyday, but I was just responding to an individual whose feedback I missed and if you do not like this thread- do not reply to it. I could care less what you think. Do not respond and post somewhere else. I have enjoyed everyone's feedback in this thread. Thanks everyone.

I was listening a few weeks ago. He was giving an old lady a hard time -- Granted her comment about Romero was far fetched.

It was a conflict for Shillner. On one hand he tried to be respectful because it was an elderly caller. But he he couldn't stop himself from going douche mode for a few instances during the call.

Roger has always been one of my favourites over the years. The guy is intelligent and knowledgeable in all sports. Thanks for the notice. I did listen to Jays Talk for the first time in several months when he was hosting it and it was really refreshing. Roger Lajoie is one of the most underrated guys in this market where all we have are shills in all of the major sports. He tells it like it is, and having met him in person, he is truly a great guy. Wish I could hear more of him and less of Mike Shillner. Thanks again for the message.
