Rosters have been inputted. As is tradition, the waiver order was done in reverse draft order.

Also, a couple of you drafted players that don't show up yet on Yahoo, so we'll have to update those rosters later. Kenyon Martin was one of them, I can't remember the others off hand.

The add/drop season is now open for business.

lol that's quite absurd since he was the star of the summer league (not saying it translates into a good performance in the NBA, but still that should mean something)

Won't he be back by the start of the season though? It still sucks, but I thought I read 3-6 weeks.

I think yahoo gives up on the o-ranks after a certain point. I was looking an some of them make no sense.

Is it just me or has Yahoo cracked down on rookie positions? I've always thought they were extra lenient with rookies, often giving them C/F or SF/SG or G instead of C, PF, SF, SG, or PG. Now it looks like I have 3 rookies and all 3 have single slot ranks.

You all seeing this? Or am I just lucky?

Help with my Keepers league, again... Afflalo or Turner? Afflalo is the obvious safer bet, but I see a lot of potential with Turner especially with Iggy and Lou out. He will be a unique SG/SF that can give you rebounds and some assist.

Afflalo took a downturn last year on defense focusing so much on scoring, and he'll probably do just that in Orlando, so if you want a lot of scoring and not a lot of defense (i.e. boards, steals) then go for Afflalo. I think Evans is the much more complete player, so you'll get lower points, but he may fill the stat sheet (besides blocks and boards of course)

I would look to trade either of those guys while their stock is still relatively high (in a keeper league).

The thing is neither of their value is high, hence I'm able to draft them right now. Afflalo has no one to compete with, while Turner will have to compete with Young and JRich.

I guess I'd have to go Afflalo if I'm forced to keep the player. I never understood the Turner hype even before he was drafted.

A few of my players lost an eligibility from last season: Teague PG/SG -> PG, Ilyasova SF/PF -> PF, Mahinmi -> PF/C -> C, Watson PG/SG -> PG.

I think eligibilities change once the season starts too.
