Not anymore. He'll get to be a gunner in Charlotte this year.
YOu guys are living on old hype-
Ben Gordon - just doesn't have same game - not that he was never more then a chucker.
Jordan Crawford is a player some believe on the verge of big things based on his running mate, his age, and some big games. I do agree this is the weakest player on the list though.
What is the fascination with Eric Gordon? The guy hardly played last year before a season ending injury. He is only Ellis like 6'3". His stats are very similar to Ellis - except that Ellis has far more speed and passing ability. I have always felt Gordon to be one of the more over-rated players in the NBA by those that by into a lot of the hype type fans. He's always been a me-me guy if you have watched him since his days at IND. You love to complain about the poor defensive play of Ellis- have you watched Gordon play defense? At best Gordon will be 90% of what he was before this injury, he will get injured again (always does), and he will be a defensive liability. I don't know if people thought more of him because he was the main cog in the Paul trade (which was a fire sale at that point), but he is no where near a top 5 2G in the NBA considering he played in only 9 games last year- built a lot of those stats on a crap LA CLip team- YA, just like ELlis did on a CRAP GS team.
