Fantasy Roster Question

Post#1 » by ddx19 » Sun Sep 30, 2012 10:16 pm

Hey guys, I just finished a draft in a the 10-person espn fantasy league and here's my team:

PG: Ty Lawson
SG: Andre Iguodala
SF: Kevin Durant
PF: Blake Griffin
C: Andrew Bynum
G: Eric Gordon
F: Carlos Boozer
UTIL: Joakim Noah
UTIL: Kyle Lowry
UTIL: Kevin Martin
Bench: Klay Thompson
Bench: J.J Redick
Bench: Jamal Crawford

The fantasy format is head-to-head, with points based on all the major stat categories.

Does anyone who's played this format before have any thoughts on my team? Strengths/Weaknesses?

I was also offered Al Jefferson for Blake Griffin, should I take that trade? I'm scared about his ft % because apparently that counts as well...

yes click accept right now for that Jefferson trade. Owners in your league your dumb for letting you get Bynum in 2nd round after getting KD. Your team will be super stacked after the jefferson trade. I'd drop crawford and reddick and scoop one more PG.

That's a ridiculously one sided trade so do it and pray it doesn't get vetoed.
You're going to win your league by a lot.

Thanks for the input guys.

Here are some of the Free Agents still available in my league:
Ramon Sessions
Devin Harris
Shawn Marion
Kawhi Leonard
Alonzo Gee
Antawn Jamison
Elton Brand

Should I claim any of these guys to replace Redick, or Crawford? (I'm sure I'll choose at least one) patentboy mentioned scooping another PG...

grab kawhi now! The other owners might as well start engraving the trophy for you  , if that Blake deal goes through.

accept that jefferson trade. how did bynum slip to you in the second rd? must be some rookies drafting.

pick up kawhi (stats are going to increase across the board)

if lowry puts up similar assist #'s to last yr youll be fine, if not you might be a little light in that category. still assured top 2 finish anyways. good drafting.

I hope you listened to all the advise and took that Jefferson deal. Looking at your team I didn't understand why you picked Griffin anyway.

I don't believe this team exists.
