I'll bet none of those new sponsers have commitments beyond 2012-13.

I see some of you guys are talking about relocation to Seattle. As a Boston fan and a supporter of Seattle having a team again, I hope it's not your franchise that gets moved.

When the Celtics were awful I have great memories of C-Webb and Divac and your incredible crowds those guys used to draw.

The Maloofs sound like terrible owners that have no business owning a franchise. I'm hoping they don't get desperate enough to sell to Hansen, though. Or anyone else for that matter that has any intention of taking your team.

Just wanted to voice my support for Sacramento and the Kings franchise. Good luck in finding a competent owner.

Where is Burkle?

If the Kings want to sell the NBA really should buy the team A LA NOLA and let the league do what is best. I don't think the Kings are in a "must sell situation" but here is the kicker. The Kings portion for the venue was $84m IIRC. If they leave they have to pay $70m to the city. If we can close the $14m and get a major tenant sounds like we have an arena!

I don't think we're getting a Hockey team but it's feasible. That puts us in the same position as Seattle or Virginia Beach to get a team.

The Maloofs owe almost 200 million to Sac & the NBA. They need a 450 million dollar price to break even. The team isn't even worth 300 million. If they do sell they need a billionaire who is willing to pay their price. The NBA would only pay fair market value & I doubt Burkle will be willing to overpay that much for the team. This is why the Maloofs still own the team.

The King's is the only thing left of the father's billion dollar empire. There is no way the Maloofs sell the last thing they own. The way they run the franchise, they will always be able to make a few bucks.

Wal-Mart finally chooses to sponsor an NBA team, and they go for the Kings? Maybe we're moving to Arkansas, hah.
