Lionel Hollins is entering his fourth full season as Grizzlies coach with a message similar to the one he delivered upon taking charge in January 2009.

"There are three words that have to be in our consciousness: sacrifice, trust and consistency," Hollins said, relaying what he'll tell players as they try to meet high expectations for the 2012-13 season.
