A) Where do you find a shirt like that. B) Back-to-back ECF appearances and a Finals appearance didn't happen by themselves. And before you downplay those feats, keep in mind that no one here was calling for Otis' head when the team was doing well. People liked him for what he had accomplished.

I am definitely on the record for wanting Otis gone while we were good

Otis assembled one of the most stacked teams the Magic ever had. That 2010 team was LOADED. He just really really goofed trading with PHX in 2011.

Agreed. That team would have been good enough with Hedo's playmaking skills. Not his fault that injuries to Carter and Lewis compromised it a year and a half later. Otis should have taken the loss and tried to rebuild when cap was cleared though, as some have commented.

actually quite a few people realized that the horrible contract that he signed Lewis to was going to hamper the team, and were vocal about it.

I'm really hyped for this season. I know we're going to lose a lot of games, but I'm going to enjoy the rebuilding process. :)

I like how Jacque stated that yesterday the fact that he hasn't use the term "rebuilding" as of yet and that should be noted. I'm excited about the mantra he installing in our players from the early onset.

I agree ... there should never be a plan to lose, especially with so many young guys on the team. They need to be taught to compete each and every day, and the goal should always to win the finals.

Good habits are taught and instilled over time and can not be turned on/off like a light switch.

This I can agree with. Luckily we won't have to try to lose to get a good pick.

Great, anti-flopping rule when we no-longer have Dwight.

Not to sh*t on the guy when he's down, cause I'm pulling for him, but boy am I glad Orlando passed on Royce White. His anxiety has caused him to miss media and the start of training camp and he doesn't know when he'll be able to join the team. I feel bad for the guy and wish him nothing but success, but Henny & Perry knew what they were passing up on (if he was made available by Houston).

If you look at returns on trades with actual value sent out and returned.

Henny has done much worse than Otis ever did during his tenure here. TWICE Already!

JV today:

The Orlando Magic completed their third practice of training camp Wednesday morning at Amway Center.

Coach Jacque Vaughn answered questions from the media after it ended.

"It was great today," Vaughn said. "The effort is unbelievable, their attention to detail. So, for me, that's great to see right now."

Didn't realize we'll get to see Ryno again in a few days. I hope he throws up a stinker.
