for guys who got the INTERNATIONAL pass, do you get BLACKOUTS when trying to watch CONDENSED games from last season?

Please advise if this is normal since I'm thinking of cancelling it. might encounter the same problems with upcoming live games.

am using an iPad and im in Canada btw.

I don't think it will work for US people since they have a separate website, but I'm not sure. You could test it for the first free week I think but then the price goes up like 30 or 40 bucks.

How exactly are you doing it if you don't mind me asking man?

Did you just sign with a canadian IP to get the lower price while living in europe - then since then logged in normally with ur original IP all year long and they didn't spot it at all last year?

tbh the price difference is significant, but it sounds pretty risky tbh as they can easily spot u I guess and then ur screwed.

yeah actually I did the opposite and it worked fine. I'm in canada, signed up through canadian ip, then switch to european vpn server and watch games that would be blocked because they are on canadian tv. I'm pretty sure it would work the other way around too, since the ILP is the same for all countries besides usa.

Oh I see, thanks for the answer man.

What I ment is a bit different though, I thought you lived in a place where they charge like 220$s, then changed IP to a diff country where they charge a cheaper price - and once u paid it you kept logging in ur normal account - in short just bypassed their annoying pricing system not to get ripped off and got away with it.

I got no blackouts here tbh so I don't have that problem - but still what I wrote above sounds too risky and easy to spot that it's not worth the risk.

But yea - but people who have blackouts and worry about them, this sounds like a great solution.

Guys, I need some help...

I live outside the us. However, i have a us proxy set up for netflix. Now I don´t know whether to get the US league pass, or the ILP (International).

I´ve always gotten the ILP one, and it works great on my computer (except for the blackouts).

But i also have apple tv, and its nba app seems to only accept the US league pass.

Are there any other differences between them? Price? number of games? I´m really confused right now.

tl;dr: i can get either one, with advantages for each. not sure which one to get. need advice.

You won't have any blackouts. You get every single game.

Quality in my experience is great. It depends on your broadband speed. Mine is not super high so I watch most games on the second highest quality available. As I don't usually go full screen, it doesn't matter. If you use it with full screen, then it'd be better if your broadband can handle the highest quality.

Overall it works great for me.

Does NBA league pass include preseason and playoff games?

That's a pleasant surprise, past years it didn't.

Really? wow that's awesome!

Finally they're coming towards us on something :D

I always wished they would make an option to buy a year long pass to include summer league, pre-season, season, and playoffs.

Only bummer this year is no more free NBA TV.

Anyone have a promo code that works in Canada? The ones posted earlier aren't doing anything for me. Also, I've subscribed the past two years and they never sent me the code.

Send them an email, and tell them you've been a subscriber for 2 years now and that you haven't got an email with a discount code this year, and that you want to renew it this year too but won't do it without the discount code and that it's not a way to treat a loyal customer.

I'd assume unless they're really stupid that they'll enable it for you, even though the date has expired.

Thanks, couldn't find the support e-mail and the general e-mail wasn't getting me anywhere.

Gotta a question. If you get this international NBA in one country can you use it in a different country as well. I will be traveling all over the world for work so I'm curious. Does anyone know?

Not sure I think it was discussed in previous pages - just to be sure though contact them via email and ask them specifying your case.
