OT bring back the real umpires in baseball

Post#1 » by Christophersp10 » Fri Oct 5, 2012 11:57 pm

Braves just got hosed by the umpires

1st and 2nd with 1 out in the bottom of the 8th down 6-3. Braves hit a pop up that goes into shallow left field. The 3rd baseman and the LF mis communicate and the ball lands between them. The LF Umpire calls an infield fly rule which results in an out. Infield Fly Rule is basically a rule that stops the defense from letting a ball drop to get a double play.

Braves fans have just thrown all of their trash onto the field. Should be bases loaded with 1 out down 6 to 3.

I think you've made more baseball topics than basketball topics on this board.

Keep trolling trolling trolling trolling.

Knicks main page has NBA 2k13 which belongs in the video game forum
Has Presidential debate which belongs in current affairs.
Has ooga booga booo which is off topic.

This is the worst call ever in baseball playoff history.

Oooo and I forgot that what is the best strand of weed on the main page. Yup, that has alot to do with the Knicks.

Nah, Don Denkinger's call in the World Series with the Royals was worse
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability
