That Bruce Irvin pick is looking less and less insane with each week that passes.

I hate concussions. I hate that people don't take them seriously. I am 100% for making football safer - or trying to. I have studied concussions. I read every article I can. Some of this **** is just beyond ridiculous, though. The Nick Perry hit. The Melvin Ingram hit that just happened (Collinsworth: 'And he'll be seeing a fine for this one'). If you hit him in the chest, and momentum/the guy falling back ends up leading to the helmet of the defender grazing the face mask of the offender. What the hell are you going to do? Christ all mighty.

Again, I am 100% for making the game safer and even taking some drastic measures to do so. But you can't put a **** red jersey on the QB. Good lord.

Sorry, I had to rant. The Perry thing pissed the hell out of me today, and the Ingram thing revived the anger.

Saw that play and thought of the same thing. Any hit above and even below the waist to a QB is penalty nowadays.

Agree with MIG. Collinsworth is a **** though. If that's a fine the NFL is a bigger joke than it already is. It's tackle football, you know there's a chance you can get hit in the head, usually by accident. If you're that worried about it, don't play. If you keep calling this **** that's in the shoulder, people just aren't going to watch because it's just going to become a QB standing for 10 seconds waiting for a receiver to break open.

Brees clapping after the flag was thrown signaling first down was disgusting. **** him and giant birthmark thing that Oprah tried to rub off.

We play them next week, and I hope we **** destroy them, but if the Pack don't go the distance this year I would love to see the Texans do so.

My second favorite team for awhile now. Lots of Wisconsin connections as well.

Yep, they're easily my second favorite team. It became all the more apparent when they drafted Watt, though. No brainer.

I'm a closet Cardinals semi-fan, too, but they've sucked recently. Always used to like the LT/Gates/Brees Chargers, too. Now LT is retired, Brees is kinda douchey in NO, and Rivers is a huge douche. That's gone.

You need a player for defense a five year stretch starting from now..do you take Clay or Watt?

Didn't know Nick Bellore made the NFL. Have heard his name a few times now.

At what point does Tebow get a crack at this thing? Sanchez is like Tebow without the running ability.

I think benching Sanchez means that both Tannenbaum and Ryan get fired. They traded up for him, he's their guy. If he's benched, it's basically admitting failure and with the Jets likely to suck for the rest of the season they're both done. They're probably both done anyways but they're going down their way.

Bigby is Rastafari, so it's cool he felt cool mentioning that part of his identity. But, he still looked stoned as ****.
