So... that's a lot of work. Everyone is all in at this point, but if the wins don't come, if the team struggles, seems like such an extreme tactic, if over used, will lead to Dunny getting tuned out quickly. Right now, he can say, "hey, we have a lot of work to do, this team didn't get double digit wins, this is how you get better..." but if it doesn't work...

LOL @ the comments in that article. Particularly the argument subtly comparing Mullens and Dirk.

Who would have thought Markieff would be the superior player? (aside from Phoenix)

Everyone who was concerned the Marcus might be the tweener he turned out to be.

Just got home from the open practice. Only lasted about an hour. Apparently they had practice earlier today, so this was just dedicated to shooting drills. On one side of the court the 1's 2's and 3's and the 4's and 5's on the other side. They were doing competitive shooting drills all over the court. They shot the ball well. I mostly watched the little guys. MKG needs a lot of work on his form. Shots were falling, but ugly. BG is money. I don't remember a miss. JT and Hendo both looked good. Diop looks like he is finally in shape. He has never been this thin in a Bobcat uniform for sure.

After shooting drills they had an impromptu dunk contest. Not really a contest though. Hendo and a few nice dunks. JT was probably best with a nice between the legs dunk. Owens can get up. They begged MKG to dunk. He reluctantly tried a windmill and missed badly. Then TT led Carroll over to the basket and bounced the ball off the floor and Matty two handed it thru and hung on the rim to my shock.

Matty took the microphone and thanked the crowd, which was small. Maybe 1/4 of the lower bowl at most. Then the rookie hazing began. MKG, JT, and Owens were asked to dance. Kind of silly. Nobody really did much dancing. MKG did a little. JT didn't do anything. Owens was the only one who really danced.

Glad it was free. I thought they would at least scrimmage a little. Got a free t shirt. Not much else to say.
