I think marco will come around probably not compete for the starting 2 spot but become a legit piece for the bench

I'm just losing faith in jimmy. He plays defense but I don't see the improvement offensively

And boozer is just a waste of time

I wish the Bulls had Nate in 2010 or 2011. He would have supplied instant offense to ignite the other guys/offense. He seems to be a more athletic/effective version of JL3.

These guys need to shoot. I hope Thibs gets in their ass about it.

At the very least I hope he gets in their ear about it

Truly agree, also I have to say Nate played very well. I hope to see more of this in reg. season from him.

Where are all the Bulls fans at? Game threads used to be 100+ pages. I know its preseason, but it seems hard to believe that game threads will even be 50+ pages at this rate. Whats up? Did we have a bunch of DRose/bandwagon Bulls fans on our site?

If he can play poised and in control like he did tonight, then I'm glad he's here. I've never been a big fan but I'm all for what he brought tonight, especially early on against Jennings and Monta. Let's just hope he can do that on a consistent basis and when it counts. He controlled the tempo nicely, made good decisions and shot the ball well.

Rerisen wrote:Huge contribution from Nate Robinson tonight. Scored, distributed well and didn't try to do too much.

Noah continues to show confidence in his jumper which could be very important.

Rip had a good feel for the game tonight, played within the system well.

Boozer has the ability to sink this season without Rose if he doesn't get it together.

I would agree 100% about Boozer, but if he can give us a double-double every night in less than 24 minutes and Noah, Taj and Nazr can continue their stellar play, we might be OK!!

Boozer might gain a little trade value if he averages a double-double, and he can't hurt us TOO bad if he only plays 21:43 every night...

I told you guys when you signed him you were going to love this version of Nate Robinson..He was damn good for the warriors last season..He even finished with an amazing +1.4 net 48 +/- stat for the season..WE WERE TANKING..We had to sit Nate the last two games just to save our pick from going to Utah.

Here's tonight's box score:

Not only did Nate have more points and assists than Monta and Jennings combined, but Nate and Rip outscored the Bucks' entire starting five.

Is it too late to amnesty Boozer? He looks so bad out there.

Didnt see the game, but Im glad that Nate broke out. He was the signing that I was most excited about. And based on the comments, its safe to say that Boozer will forever suck and will never contribute to a Bulls win . . .Ever

I have not been a Boozer-basher during his time with us but now I'm finally starting to get worried. He isn't even finishing on garbage buckets right now and he looks even slower than usual despite losing weight. I'll reserve judgment until he plays a handful of games things don't look too promising.

He seems more concerned with taking the ball from the refs hands before every FT by the other team and even the Bulls FT's. I just never understood this little idiosyncrasy of his and never will. It seems like it just pisses the refs off more and more as the game goes on. Probably even causes a bias against us when it comes to calls. I see Wade and Lebron and Kobe and most other stars in the league putting their arms around the refs and talking and laughing with them (just buttering them up) and there Boozer is just annoying the hell out of them.

Booz with a double-double! What are you haters on about?

Seriously though, Booz will still continue to fill up empty stats and balance his efficiency, so by the end of the season we can hear from all of Boozer's defenders how much he helps this team and how efficient he is. It's been like this for two years, I don't see how year 3 is going to be different.

Maybe he's tanking so he can get amnestied next summer and sign with a team whose coach isn't always bitching at him to play defense?

Or maybe he's hoping that on Jan 15, he can get traded to Brooklyn for Kris Humphries? He gets to reunite with DWill, who made him an All-Star, plus he won't have to fight the center for rebounds, since Brook Lopez makes Bargnani look like a good rebounder?

Lol I know its sarcastic but I don't sense he wants out, he has never come into camp out of shape nor does he look disinterested. I think he really likes this team, its just that his skills are fading even faster than most people expected and when the jumper isn't falling for he looks awful because he's too soft.
