I thought we'd push 30-35 wins earlier. I'm taking all of that back and eating crow. I think the defense is going to battle for worst in the NBA.

I think Afflalo, Redick, Nelson, Baby, Hedo, Harrington along with the young guys is good enough for 30 wins in the eastern conference. That still leaves room a whopping 52 losses at most.

Washington were a joke last season and still managed managed 20 wins in a 66 game season. I think we can win 10 more in 16 more games. I think we have more "winners", more veterans, and are deeper across the board. But hey, time will tell. I could be wrong.

team will be told ot lose..dont get too crazy.. this team isn't going anywhere without high draft picks. if the team isnt told..then the coach will be and that way he wont put hte best lineup to ensure losses in close games.

lso liggins is still a scrub. i dont know why you guys are saying we messed up by letting him go.. perry jones 3 outplayed him even though they aren't same players.

I think our D gets better over the course of the season, but still I agree--we're not going to be a pretty team to watch on that end of the floor.

Also to whoever said we have a better starting lineup than the bobcats

Kemba Walker or Ramon Sessions>Jameer Nelson or Ish/Moore
Gerald Henderson or Ben Gordon>Afflalo or JJ
MKG>Hedo
Mullens=BBD
Biyombo>Vucci

Raptors as well

Lowry+Calderon>Nelson
Derozan>Afflalo
Ross or Fields>Hedo
Bargnani>BBD
Valaciunas>Vucci/Ayon

Granted it was just a preseason game that I went to last thursday, our defense is going to be absolutely horrible this year.

Every PG in the league can score on Jameer almost at will.
We are better at SG on D but Afflalo won't hold the likes of Kobe or even Beal.
Hedo gets scored on like it's his job
BBD is naturally slow and won't match up great against the faster forwards in the game
At center we are just soft.

I bet we allow over 105 a game this year and avg somewhere in the neighborhood of 88-92 PPG

This, is just horrible. Sorry. Kleiza sucks. Calderon is just an expiring and Terrence is still a question mark. Just gross.

I would trade Al Harrington, Meer, Ayon and Moe Harkless for that Package. Throw in McRob or QRich.

You guys are drunk if you think Toronto would ever touch that.

They think very highly of Ross and Baby has a pretty hefty contract.

im not to worried yet about all these losses. yea were gonna suck this year but i still see around 28 wins. Currently JV is over playing players who should be in the d league and resting our starters so once the season starts well see the starters on the floor more. also once afflalo and harkless and harrington come back that will help sure up our weak bench by moving some veteran leadership to the currently inexperienced bench and will allow jj to run the offense. plain and simple our defense will be horrible but our offense will be a good bit better soon imo

I think people are over-rating Harkless impact right off the bat. He won't touch the court much for the first few months playing behind guys like Hedo, QRich, Afflalo and JJ after missing all of training camp and pre-season. After the trade deadline, I bet he gets playing time though.

Well our defense in the playoffs wasn't bad. I think we'll be average this season at least. Afflalo is a big upgrade over JRich and Big Baby moving to PF is a huge upgrade over Ryan. And we'll be playing an actual center.

You are severely overrating AA's defense. He was just awful defensively last season. With a bigger offensive role, and pretty much a green light to try and be the man, I don't see why that would change this year.
