Because the Triple P's suck, and when your 3-4-5 hitters suck (although Posey has done some stuff here and there), then your team is gonna suck. Like I said before, it took a miracle for us to come back against the Reds in the first place. Our bullpen was lights out against one of the best offensive teams in the league, and they're doing it again, but we can't seem to do anything other hit into a DP.

Man, the "big" midseason acquisitions always seem to work out poorly for the Giants. Pence, Beltran, Pierzynski, etc. They all fizzle with the Giants and then go back to being awesome when they leave, I don't get it. The "small" acquisitions seem to work out a lot better for them, like Scutaro and Cody Ross.

Beltran was actually pretty good for us, after he got back from his injury in September. The problem was, by the time he was back, we were already too far out of it and we desperately needed him in August. But yeah, Sabean is really good at finding role players who overachieve, but then the "stars" completely underachieve.

If you look at the radar, it appears the severe weather is all moving out and away from St. Louis to the east.

Hopefully they start up again soon.

Excellent timing to have a teamwide batting slump, Giants...

Don't see Melky coming back, but when is Bochy going to give Arias and Sanchez a chance? These two guys have been two of the Giants best hitters and it's not like what they are putting out there is working. At the very least take out Belt, move Posey to first, and put Sanchez behind the dish. This team needs a spark desperately and the guys they are throwing out there every day have been given plenty of chances, it's not working. Hitting under .200 across 8 postseason games is NOT acceptable. I wish they had Peguero on the roster as an outfield option.

Apparently there's going to be lineup changes tomorrow, so we'll see what it is. Probably just Sanchez at C and Posey at 1B, but we really should put in Nady at LF and Blanco at RF. Give Pence a day off and see what he can do if neither one of those produce tomorrow.

Just woke up and still can't believe we lost this game .. 0-7 with RISP? That's just pathetic

How in the hell do we wanna win a postseason game on the road when leaving 11 on base.

Wonder what those changes will be .. Arias & Sanchez have hit the ball pretty good nicely so I hope they get some time. Someone should also tell Pablo & Pence NOT to swing at every single ball they see. Some of those balls they swing at are really pathetic

I still feel like kicking something :-?
