this is a (IF discussion)
If the Wizards could draft a potential superstar Center, or a potential superstar Small Forward,
which position which they choose between the two?
the Wizards havnt had a decent Bigman in a long time.
but right now, the talent at 5 and 6 seem better than what they have at the SF.
So which would you pick in this case?

It would depend on how good those individual players were. My philosophy is to take the best player regardless of fit, but also, superstar centres are few and far between and usually win championships, so I would most likely go with the big man every time.
For example if Shaq and LeBron were in the same draft, I'd pick Shaq #1 every single time.
Another good example, I thought the Blazers made the right move picking Oden over Durant, and I was kind of jealous. Of course, I didnt know about his knees, just his broken arm.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

I think the talent they have at the 6 is the best ever. I think I would go for a 7.

I fixed that, because I would really like a roster w/ 15 Shaqs. I'd draft him the 16th time too -- what a great asset to trade! Oh... wait a minute. I wouldn't have room on the roster for a trade.
I know... I'd auction Shaq16 off!

Shaq fighting it out with Shaq for that last spot riding the bench. But does he bring enough veteran experience?

Wait, was this thread started by Brevin, Brandon, Brandin, or Kyrie?
All things being equal, go for the bigger guy. Since centers are generally the bigger guy, I'd go with the potential supastar center.

I agree the talent at the 6 is very strong, best in years.

Another thing w/ big guys, mitosis is more common -- so you might wind up w/ two SFs instead of one C.
This also explains the confusion of names between the Knight brothers; they were formed when a single big divided. I think it was Austin Daye -- yeah, Daye divided into Knight(s).

That is the type of info i can only get in a Knighthonor thread. His threads are very educational.

I heard 6 was afraid of 7 because 7 8 9.
