Avast boot-time scan, Malwarebytes full scan, Hitman Pro scan, and TDSSKiller scan all came up clean for me. Don't know how it affected people not running some type of anti-virus program though.

MSE is a good, light program that obviously knows the inner workings of Windows better than any of the other anti-virus programs. So you will be less likely to have problems or false positives. However, it's detection rates are worse than a lot of the other popular AV programs.
