10 team snake draft, picking 8th. After I pick 8/13, I'll have to wait 14 more picks until my next one (28).

In a keeper league if these guys know what you're doing I don't see him slipping too far. He's a dangerous option in an absurd vertical attack with the best receiver in the world playing next to him freeing him up for constant single coverage. He has a chance to be just beast and make your other WR's very expendable.

Titus Young, I assume? A lot of these guys will probably not explicitly pre-rank players and will rely on ESPN's pre-ranks (where Young is somewhere around 100, I believe). Dude could definitely be a beast, and he's a guy I'm going to target. That said, Burleson was supposed to get the same benefit the past two years, and he just didn't make it happen, so if I misjudge the market and miss Young it won't ruin my draft.

Yeah, at this point obviously everyone is 1200 yards and 12 TD's on paper lol, but we know that never happens, only a handful pan out as top dogs and only a smaller but slightly larger group pan out as very good, but Young definitely has a lot going for him.

Great offense? Check.

Nothing but passing? Check.

Great franchise QB with a canon? Check.

Best receiver in football playing opposite him to give him single coverage a vast majority of the time? Check.

Speedster with good hands? Check.

Knack for scoring and quite efficient in the red zone? Check.

Big play ability? Check.

Seems like a perfect storm for a lower usage(Maybe 70 catches max) guy who puts up 1000 yards and 10 to 14 TD's.

Preaching to the choir, brother, though you're WAY high on TDs. There were FIVE guys with double digit TDs last year (Megatron, Gronk, Nelson, Graham, L. Robinson). Give me 1000-1100 yards and, like, 7 TDs and I'll be very happy for where he's going.

I agree I'm really high on my TD projections, but look at your list, besides Mega the other 4 were all late fantasy draft picks so I would say it isn't out of the question.

But I guess being more realistic 1000 and 8 to 10 is a lot more reasonable.

Well, the draft is over, and I'm scared to death. Totally screwed up my RBs. Hillis got taken two picks before I could get him and Ryan Williams went way earlier than I expected.

Newton
Murray / Sproles / Benson / Dwyer / Hunter / LeShoure
Cruz / Maclin / Decker / T. Young
Gronk
Houston DST
Hanson

Happy with everything else. Just need one of the following to hit, and I get a legit #3 RB:
1) My gut feeling that Dwyer wins the job (they're my team, and I'm certain he's the most skilled RB on the roster).
2) Green Bay rediscovers a more balanced attack (not crazy, but not to be planned on).
3) Gore falls off (he didn't look good at the end last year).
4) LeShoure solidifies himself as the #1 back post-suspension (no one else on that roster is good or able to stay healthy).

In the meantime, I'm keeping my eye on this Lynch situation. If he's out I would pick up Turbin in a heartbeat and start him at flex. That Seattle run game is all system, and Turbin fits the Lynch profile.

I've been offered two trades:
My Leshoure for his Stevie Johnson
My R. Williams for his Colston

Current team:

Newton
Murray / Sproles / Leshoure / Benson / R. Williams
Cruz / Maclin / Decker / Avery / T. Young
Gronkowski
Houston DST

Not really that interested in either trade, to be honest. Colston will have 3 monster games this year and you'll never know when they're coming (I was a Colston owner last year), so he's not really a guy I'd start. Leshoure looks too good to give up for a mid-RB2, IMO. If it was Williams for Johnson I'd have to think about it, right? I like Williams' upside, but Arizona looks to have a pretty tough schedule in terms of run defenses.

I think you have enough good WRs to decline those both

I agree with Boss.

I don't mind selling high on one of those guys, but this being a dynasty league you need to actually sell high lol. Stevie Johnson is basically selling fair to a bit low.

Colston is an awful get value wise and is playing hurt and isn't even producing for this year.

You need a long term option who is also producing now who supplants Decker most weeks this year in your starting lineup if you're trading one of those two IMHO.

Oops on missing out on Colston for Williams...

I've been killed by injuries. Benson and Williams gone entirely. Murray gone for an extended period of time. My RB/WR situation is dire:

Sproles / Leshoure / Stewart / Murray*
Cruz / Decker / Maclin / Wright

I can hit the waiver wire with a couple free roster spots. HOWEVER, I've been offered Mendenhall and Andre Johnson for Cruz (or Mendenhall and Britt, lol). I actually turned it down last week, but it's been reoffered with Murray going down. I'm really not an AJ believer considering how often Houston runs. Keeping in mind that this is a keeper league and I'd be giving up the nest keeper, should I be considering this? Maybe wait until waivers to see if I can get Felix Jones (ugh)? Should I push for Mendenhall and Mike Wallace instead?

Hopefully you managed to pick up Felix Jones.

Anyways I would not consider the first trade. Andre Johnson is going to be anywhere from a top 15-20 WR the rest of the season, and almost certainly will be a weak keeper. Mendenhall is a bit of an unknown, given two polar opposite games thus far. I think he's somewhere in between those, which is probably a low end RB#2 or a solid flex. I don't think that is enough value to make you trade away a top 3-4 WR in Cruz.

As far as the second one goes, that's much better. I think Wallace is probably around a top 10-12 the rest of the season, and you already know my thoughts on Mendenhall. I think that is a fair trade and given your dire need of RB's, and one that I would probably do.

He rejected the Mendenhall/Wallace move, and I'm awfully glad he did.

Here's my current conundrum -- Cam. His six weeks have been split -- 2 great weeks, 2 OK ones, 2 terrible ones. He's in Chicago this week, who (a) force a ton of turnovers and (b) are good at stopping the run. Here's my current roster situation:

Newton
Sproles / Leshoure / Dwyer / Stewart / Murray*
Cruz / Decker / Maclin / Gordon
Gronk

I tempted to grab another QB for the week, but I don't know who to drop. I could drop the Houston DST who are on a bye this week, but that seems like a bad idea long term. I guess I could drop Dwyer if Mendenhall is going to get the start, but I think he's ultimately the best back on the roster. I don't really want to drop Stewart -- he's my late season lottery ticket (I think Williams saw 4 snaps last week) -- but I guess I could.

Would you just suck it up and roll with Cam and hope for a surprising week, or drop something that could be useful for a one week play (Romo, Ponder, Freeman, Palmer, Bradford, Weeden)?
