I just have one question: Where is albert? He was the frontrunner and has magically disappeared. Where is his "fake hustle" signature?

Amare has done pretty much everything you could expect from him, coming back from injury. While he will never earn his max contract, in this situation he made the best of it. The team is winning and that is all we fans should care about!

Right now, the Knicks have NEVER had a better chance (puncher's chance) of trading STAT to get some youth, size, and defense.

To get rid of ama're's toxic contract, not to mention Calderon is an upgrade over Pablo. There's a reason the knicks offered Ama're to every team in the NBA, it's his contract.

So why didn't we jump in on this Memphis-Detroit deal?

Also, what does unloading Amare's deal do for us exactly? What does the savings grant us?

I love when people say "rid themselves of Amares Contract". Amare is better than half the league. If Amare is good why trade him. If he's bad u cant move him. Why would u take anything for him any way. The report that they were giving him away for free.

If u dont get anything impactful in return and no cap space room then its foolish. Of it was a contract year then maybe s team will take him.
