Any takers? I would take the chance, great back-up for Knight/Stuckey. He would greatly improve our back-court.

Dallas is waiving him. Behavioral issues I guess. Think he would be okay in our situation.

i don't like his potential influence on the team and he's not a high character guy as Joe D would say, so i'd go with a no. but i'd like what he'd bring

are they going to waive him? hed bring some grit to the team, and hed be a good backup, but i wouldnt want him for more than a year; his issues are a lot to gamble on. joe wouldn't take the chance though, and i dont really mind not rolling the dice on him.

Hell no. Not a team with good chemistry like Detroit. He will go to a bottom feeder next.

Despite his abilities, every team that has had him wanted to be rid of him. Why would we want to put what might be the league's most major head case on this young team? So no (all our mothers aside)!

Don't need Delonte around our youngsters. If we passed on other "knuckleheads", we don't need to bring in their leader.

Good. God. No. So we'd cut Daye, pay him not to play...just to bring in a headcase. Who despite playing 24 minutes a game last year for Dallas, they had no hesistation in cutting him We do realize they kind of know what they are doing right. The Mavericks are also a well run franchise that the Pistons should model themselves after. So when they cut someone, we probably shouldn't pick that guy up....

Not that I feel strongly one way about this.

No way Delonte should be playing in the D-league.

We need to find a roster spot for this guy ASAP. I feel like he is a headcase like Rasheed was a headcase. Worth a shot, might put us over the edge to make the 8th spot, as pathetic as that is.
