That's tight, keep hip hop alive and tell Joe to convert to the Nets already.

not sure if you're accepting constructive criticism or just looking for blind praise but in my opinion the mixing of your vocals on the track is pretty bad. Way too plain, and compared to Joe Budden's, he sounds more distant whereas you sound like you're right in front of my face. I'm not saying you should overdo it with compression, reverb and whatnot but yea I just think your vocals are way too plain. As far as your rapping goes I wasn't feeling any type of energy or emotion in your voice. Kinda sounds like you're reading the lines off a piece of paper (which you should never do, should always memorize your lines). Your lyrics are pretty basic and boring, nothing that really made me think so I think you're lacking a bit in the creativity dept. I'm honestly not trying to be a hater or Mr Negativity but I've been a fan of hip hop for a looongg time and worked with many up and coming artists like yourself with production, lyrics, delivery, mixing, etc. and I even did the whole recording thing for a bit myself too. I just think you got a long way to go with working on your rap game before you start to really promote your work. That's definitely one mistake i've seen a lot of cats make.

and just outta curiousity, did you pay Joe for the feature? Cuz I know he used to do verses for $1000 or $1500 a few years ago

1. For you to judge my entire rap career off one song is premature.

2. i think you should listen again, theres alot more to the lines that you're obviously not catching no offense. And i made my voice sound somber on purpose cause i wanted it to be chilled out without pouring too much cause i wanted to have that feel, but also its cause the mixing he took out the top and bottom ends + i dont have much to do with production/editing/mixing thats all what my grammy award winning producer does.

and if u think my **** is boring listen to this:
