We need to extend budinger by the oct 31 deadline. dude can shoot. Will be a huge waste if he leaves next summer as an unrestricted FA.

I think I'm over my intrigue with Ellis. Watching the play by play he sounded terrrrrrrrible. Ellis bad pass TO. Ellis bad pass turnover. Ellis missed shot. And on and on and on.

I don't know how Lee is going to get any minutes behind Rid, Barea, Roy and Shved and then there's still Rubio to come back. He could find himself in the d-league soon.

At PG he definitely won't get many minutes. However, Roy won't play that many minutes. And Shved/Rid/Bud are all not prototype 2 guards. I can see Lee getting a few minutes at the 2. It will likely be less than 10 mpg but that's better than nothing.

Whoa. Sam Dalembert is a buck now? Dude is almost turning into a Drew Gooden-type journeyman.

Anyway, I wish there were highlights to watch on the Internet. I was already pissed to see none after the Pistons game when I had actually watched the game but this time it's even worse. It's time the actual season starts. This year we only had a handful of games without any TV coverage, right?

I asked Zgoda how much time Malcolm might be in SF, he said "probably very little at all"

Yeah, I think he can play at the NBA level. I think he'd be much better served practicing every day with this squad and learning Adelman's system than being sent to SF. He brings the best defense outside of Rubio at the guard position, so he has value. If he can improve and grow in the system, he can easily take the 3rd string PG minutes if we jettison JJ after Rubio gets back.
