I see Michael Beasley having a big year.. dude never had a fair shot in Miami or Minny and now he is going to get a lot more shots in Phoenix. He can flat out score the ball. The guy has kinda gotten a lot hate over the years I'd like to see him reach his potential.

So I might be the only one on this forum that likes Harper

I hope McRoberts,Richardson, and Johnson get cut

Wouldn't mine Harper,Richardson,and Johnson either but prefer the other one

I still think Harper has potential to carve out a nice role in the NBA. I like him more than the 3 guys you mentioned as well.

I don't see the point in keeping McRoberts, Johnson, and Q-Rich

Roster should be this for the season:
Nelson/Moore/Smith
Afflalo/Redick/Jones
Hedo/Harkless/Harper
Davis/Harrington/O'Quinn
Vuvevic/Nicholson/Ayon

Yeah true... but I was only just listing 15 players (by 3x3x3x3x3 format to keep it simple) that I want the Magic to have on opening day/tip-off... I wasn't really getting into specifics of where players play, rotations, or where I think they should play... sometimes Nicholson plays come C, Redick can start at SG, sometimes Harrington plays SF, sometimes Harper plays PF, Moore is a combo guard, etc... you know.

But the point is... I don't see any reason for Q-Rich, McRoberts, and Johnson being on this team.

I'd be surprised if we got rid of QRich... two years left at nearly 3 mil per. I think Harper's time here is coming to an end.

Unless Rob is planning on trading Q-Rich (doubt any team would want him), then I don't see the point in him staying for those two years when there are younger players on this team (at each position) during this critical development/rebuilding stage... waiving him is probably the best option imo (even with his contract/years left)... I'm sure some team will pick him up to sit on their bench and be a cheerleader.

Justin has the potential. He's in phenomenal shape, but he can't defend and his shot is inconsistent at best. More time in Europe may do him some good actually.

I agree with this. Justin has the tools to be a good forward, he just has to put it together and work on his consistency at both ends. He might need some time in the NBDL or Europe.

I think it was a huge mistake that Otis and his crew told Justin to bulk up and he didnt need to. I think it sabotaged his shooting. He needs to lose the bulk and get some finesse back.
