Harden
His efficiency would drop a little as defences would be gameplanned against him and now he have a weaker supporting cast instead of being a supporting cast. With Asik being asked to set picks for him, he should do fine. Would do ok to alternate ballhandling with Lin but need more reliable 3 point shooter around. parsons should be improving while idk how Lin 3 point ability is. He did explode the past year as 3rd option but he didn't have enough minutes/opportunity when Green was here. Kind of passive at OKC but i don't know whether that was deference or just his makeup

Cole
The game moves too fast for him. Give him minutes and he should be improving. Got a decent hook shot that he can use on offence.

Hayward
If he make your final 15, then be worried. If he get playtime then something is seriously wrong. He tries but the doesn't seem to be good at anything. Could do a bit of everything but would lack everything as a starter, didn't have much chance as a backup/rotation player.

cook
Quick release + streaky. getting better at being adequate on defence.

Should be Aldrich >> Cook >> Hayward in terms of fitting Houston needs.

Harden is great and I know you can probably find pages of analysis on his game.

Cole is big... He hasn't really shown a bunch that makes me feel like he can even be a 15mpg backup center consistently. Not saying it isn't possible, the game just hasn't seemed to come very easily to him. Awesome free throw form is one of the bigger positives from an entertainment perspective.

Cook is an amazing 3pt shooter. His quick release, range and accuracy make him great in that role. Not much great beyond that, but he's good enough at that one portion and not horrible at anything else enough to keep him as a backup wing player on a good team.

Lazar never did much for me... I don't really see how he'll do much more than make a roster.

Lazar is bench warmer. Cook is a guy that can hit three points while being honest on defense. Cole Aldrich has potential, he's big and long, but he is not quick enough and can't jump.

Harden is great, and if Rockets give him conditions to play his pick and roll game he'll easily be an 20-22/5/5 guy with low turnover rate and over 60% TS, which are imo, Top15 player numbers. I am a bit concerned about his game clashing with Jeremy Lin. Lin creates off the pick and roll, but don't have a consistent outside jumper to spread the floor, sou he migh hurt Harden's game. But given proper conditions, Harden will easily be in conversations of which is better between him and Westbrook, and come on, I don't think Rose and Westbrook are in two different tiers as basketball players, for example, imo the gap between them is pretty slight. Westbrook can carry a heavier load on offense and bring up more raw production, also has more hidden potential, but Harden is right now a more impactful player imo.
