This time, the ref clearly made a wrong call, and I simply made a remark based on that.
But that's the problem with the rules, and the whole "hand-to-ball" or "ball-to-arm" interpretation that the refs are required to make. It wasn't a "clearly wrong call" unless you are a Chelsea fan. It really could have gone either way. While the ball hit his arm, there's a case to be made that it wasn't a penalty - his arms weren't right down by his side, but they weren't really un-naturally extended, either, and the ball was drilled at him from a few feet away. 5/10 refs might give it, 5/10 might not.

Considering the ball was going toward the net, I think it was a pretty easy decision if the ref the saw it. I don't think he did unfortunately.
