There are so many star point guards now Lillard will likely go under the radar.

Derrick Rose
Kyrie Irving
Russell Westbrook
Ricky Rubio
John Wall
Ty Lawson

not to mention the old ones
Rajon Rondo
Chris Paul
Deron Williams
Tony Parker

the PG position is absolutely loaded

If he develops talents equal to either of those two players he won't go "unnoticed". :P

Not saying he will do it, but when he does something only 2 other guys in the history of the NBA have done and both are HoFers its pretty good company to be in.

He's already considered a ROY candidate by many. Don't feel like he's going under any radar.
Jazz on your face.

Davis was -20 though in a 4 pt game. I didn't see the game, but were they playing bad with him in the game or something? No one else on the team had that bad of a +/-

I'd still much rather have Gerald Wallace.

Then you have your Nashs, Lowrys, Holidays, Currys, Conleys, Jenningsssss, Collisons etc.

Not having some kind of an effective PG is just embarrassing at this point.

EDIT: Forgot about the Asian guy.

i thought this thread was going to be about james harden. FWIW john wall put up a triple double within i think his first five games. Almost put up a quadruple double with 9 steals and 8 turnovers in another lol

Brandon Jennings was a MVP candidate in his first month
When I saw the headline “Boozer named to Olympic Hoops Team,” I thought Vin Baker was headed to Athens.

I had Barnes, Lillard and Davis as the only rookies that had a shot at the ROY.

He was damn impressive tonight.

You got a good one there, Portland.

Not as well as Dragic who might be the future GOAT PG

He was in the game when the Spurs had their crazy Kawhi Leonard run at the start of the third. :D

He was on pretty much the same time Tony Parker and Tim Duncan decided to go HAM.

future all-star no doubt IMO

has all of the tools

As long as he's smart, he'll do well
:o LeBron is 0-7 in game winning/tying FGs in the finals. And is 20/116 or 17% in game winning/tying FGs in the 4th/OT for his career. That's historically bad :o

Can he really be this good?

Obviously, chances are, he won't be that good, but surely he can be a multiple all-star player. Great pick by the Blazers.
