So people complain players dont take the ASG seriously and play hard, then when people play hard its "OMG DIRTY PLAY!!!!." People said the same thing about Sean Taylor blowing that guy up in the Pro Bowl.

I don't get the rondo one at all.

Straight up, Rondo tries to act like KG and pull Wade behind him/down, so Wade brings Rondo with him, then just because it resulted in a freak injury, Celtics fans go looney claiming Wade "dislocated his elbow".

The takedown was initiated by Rondo!!!!

LOL if you ask a Celtic fan, they'll make it sound like wade grabbed rondo's forearm with one hand and bicep with the other and pulled apart to dislocate his elbow with precise and vicious mal-intent.

I think Celtics fans just need to reach for BS rallying cries wherever they can find the,

This. Celtics fans swear that Rondo is the classiest guy in the NBA and Ray Allen is a traitor and "judas". They and all the other fans of other 29 teams think that wade brought him down from behind. Why would he try to bring him down when the all is right infront of d.wade? Rondo grabbed wade and tried to hold him and wade's leg slipped and he grabbed rondo to brace his fall. But dont tell celtics fans that cuz they'll just call us stupid heat fans or something lol

It's funny how the same people that made tons of threads complaining about LeBron and sniping at him in every thread are doing the same to Wade now. It's always the same group of posters doing it, too. It's hard to fathom how upset one would have to be to continually make the same tired baiting threads about one player. Our team really makes some people very mad and I love it.

Dwyane might not necessarily be "dirty" but I do think he's catty in the sense that he definitely has a sometimes brat-like attitude thing going on that's become more present with each season lol. That's not to bring him down though, the guy's been one of my heroes since he came into the league. It just is obvious that when something is done to him or something doesn't go his way a few times you can see he retaliates. It used to be purely a basketball retaliation but now there's more physical aggression/obvious frustation with it. I don't see the point in arguing for him as an innocent clean cut ball player, because it is that boiling point that he gets to that allows him to do some of the things he does on the court that we've come to love him for! D Wade is just an aggressive dude who wants to win.

To be honest, these are some similarities I see between him and Rondo and it's funny how both fan bases hate the other player for their hyper-competitive spirits, when it's that same nature they will defend to the ground about their own player.

To hell with their babbling. I care about actual basketball; not whatever the latest trend is by the Whiny Bitch Brigade.

I don't care what outsiders say about certain players. We're the World Champs, so say whatever you want, but our team and thus our players as a group are better than yours and that's all that matters. Those accusations and insults are not even on a basketball level anymore a la "he's a choke artist" but more so on a personal level because they know they can't touch us on a basketball level. The only thing I'm pissed about is people crossing lines. I remember in 10/11 when LeBron responded to a fan who yelled something inappropriate to him about his family at a game in Detroit. It's heading to the point where they're attacking the players' loved ones because they're such desperate queens and know this is the only way they can piss them off.

Who's more mind-numbing though, are those who claim to support the Heat, yet bash certain players beyond the usual criticism.

@MartyCONLONNN: Good point but I still think it's ridiculous how Doc and Rondo claim Wade has fouled people hard himself to defend Rondo's foul. It's more so the timing than the foul itself which made Rondo's foul on Tuesday a punk play. It's the first game of the regular season, you're clearly not gonna win it anymore, so taking the risk of an injury with a foul like that goes beyond sending a message.

This is why I think Pittman, Juwan, and James Jones presence will be missed. Usually those 3 guys would retaliate against the other team to let them know that just because the refs are letting them get away with cheap shots, doesn't mean they're gonna get away with it. Now, our key players are walking a fine line between shrugging off the cheap shots and risking suspension for having to stand up for themselves.

What a jackass this guy is...

Wade says postpone Knicks game; donates to Sandy victims

Jeff Zillgitt | USA TODAY Sports

NEW YORK – Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade loves basketball, and he loves playing Madison Square Garden. He just doesn't want to play basketball in Madison Square Garden Friday night.

Wade said Friday's Heat-Knicks game at Madison Square Garden in storm-ravaged New York City should have been postponed, and he told USA TODAY Sports he will donate his salary from the game to charity...

No surprise and can see why people are saying what they are. Tweeting gets you in trouble sometimes.

Even though he's donating 200K there are people hating on him lol.
Here are a few quotes from the GB-
" Melo didn't put his foot in his mouth, and complain about the traffic. Wade's only doing this because he screwed up with the first tweet, and is covering his ass."
"If he was really genuine about it then why announce it? Why not just donate those racks secretly without the public praise? 210k is a tax write off. "
"it's a PR move"
"He is only donating after his foot in mouth comment."
" the save face attempt is hilarious."
"He is a moron and a scumbag and completely out of touch of reality for that tweet he sent
Yeah nice gesture, but what a fool"

It's funny how people have completely turned their hatred towards wade. They know their team cant compete with the Heat so they try to get satisfaction hating on wade lol

Well, I've always said Wade is the villain and Wade is actually the a-hole and not Lebron.

Wade has changed in terms of personality since he won his first title in 2006, wouldn't you guys agree? It seems like the difference between what he was then and he is now is night and day. He was a humble, nice, and likeable guy then whereas he is a brat, jerk, and an unlikeable guy now.

Wade isn't humble now? Why because he acts like a drama queen on the floor? I love this belief now that he is self centered when it couldn't be further from the truth. Yeah he donates 200,000 only because he felt guilty for tweeting how bad NY traffic was. *=========STRETCH=========*
