I can't speak for Jive, but it often seems like if we had Irving we'd be complaining about how he doesn't pass enough to be a real PG and John Wall is a jumpshot away from owning the league. It just seems to be the way (most of) the board is wired.

I get the bitterness of some posters here. It has been a rough last three years. And in many ways, even longer then that. And with the player we have out to start the year, that leaves the door open for more negative projections for this year. Until people see Nene out there playing and Wall returns and shows us how he has improved, there will be people posting about the glass being half full and how everything the Wiz front office has done has been a mistake.
But winning will change that almost overnight for a lot of posters.
But with no Nene ETA and Wall only with a general time frame, I expect those who are projecting the worst to continue. For me, I'm going to stay positive until facts prove different. If things go wrong, it will suck enough, no sense in making it suck until then.
